ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 to 4 business days to build and process your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use First Class Mail and Priority Mail via the Post Office for most orders. Rates will depend upon size and weight of the package. Expedited or priority shipping is available upon request. Different shipping rates will apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS:
We will provide you with a tracking number in the email we send to you once the label has been created. If your shipment gets lost, please provide the tracking number to the Post Office. If the shipment is returned to us for an incomplete or insufficient address, we will contact you for a new delivery attempt.
